Who we are

Using the store

Use this store only for lawful purchases and give complete, accurate contact, billing, shipping, and tax-exemption information. We ship to addresses in the United States only. Online orders are limited to 10 cases (a 6-pack or a 24-pack is one case); larger orders are quoted directly by Upcycle Stands.

Prices, orders, and payment

Prices are in US dollars per case. Shipping and any Tennessee sales tax are calculated from the delivery address and shown before you pay. Your order is placed only once the payment is confirmed, and we email a confirmation.

Card payments are processed by CaddyPay; your card number is entered in their secure form and never reaches our store. If a price or availability error affects your order, we will contact you and may cancel it with a full refund.

Dispatch

Orders will be shipped out the following business day. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Carrier estimates count from dispatch.

Rates and services

Orders ship from Knoxville, Tennessee. Live rates are requested from FedEx, UPS, and USPS; the services offered depend on the parcel and the destination and may include Ground, Three Day, Two Day, and Standard Overnight. Checkout shows the rate for each service before you pay.

Tracking appears on your order-status page and in our shipping email once the carrier scans the parcel. Delivery dates are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the order to the carrier.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as ordered, email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the parcel and items as soon as possible. We review each case individually and will offer a replacement, a full or partial refund, or another fair solution.

Returns and refunds

Returns are reviewed case by case. Email us with your order number before sending anything back; items returned without our agreement may not be accepted. An approved refund goes back to the card used for the order.

Sales tax and resale exemption

Orders delivered in Tennessee include Tennessee sales tax at the combined state and local rate, applied to the merchandise and the shipping charge. We do not charge sales tax on orders delivered outside Tennessee; your state may require you to report use tax.

A Tennessee business buying for resale may upload its Blanket Certificate of Resale at checkout; the order is then recalculated without tax before payment. The certificate is stored privately with your account. We may decline or withdraw an exemption whose certificate is invalid or no longer applies.

Products and warranties

We describe our stands as accurately as we can; finishes and colors may vary slightly between batches. To the extent the law allows, products are sold as is, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Upcycle Stands is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Knox County, Tennessee. We may update these terms; the version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
