Information we collect

We collect what you give us: your name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, cart and order details, account sign-in details, support messages, and, for a Tennessee resale purchase, your business details and Blanket Certificate of Resale.

Your card number goes directly to our payment processor; we receive only the payment result and limited card details such as the brand and last four digits. Our servers also record technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to run and protect the store.

How we use it

We use this information to quote shipping and tax, take payment, fulfill, ship, and track your order, apply a valid tax exemption, run your account, send order and account emails, prevent fraud and duplicate charges, answer questions, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not send marketing email.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service provider needs to do its job for us: CaddyPay (card payments), ShipStation and the carriers FedEx, UPS, and USPS (shipping and tracking), Resend (order and account emails), and Railway and Cloudflare (hosting and security). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
